Since childhood, Karla has loved creating crafts. From adding special touches to her homework to handcrafting decorations for her room, creativity has always been her strength. Now a single mom with two kids, her artistic talent shines as brightly as ever. Our mission as a foundation is to empower people like Karla by offering meaningful work opportunities that enable her to provide for her family, turning her creativity into a pathway toward a brighter future.

“When it comes to making earrings, I draw inspiration from the shapes I see around me, the patterns of fabrics, or colors that evoke certain emotions,” she shares. “Sometimes, it’s a challenge to settle on a specific design, but that’s when I go deeper. I think of beautiful moments, places I’ve visited with my family, and immerse myself in nature’s peace. It’s from this calm state that my ideas start to flow effortlessly.”

Our mission goes beyond creating beautiful designs; above all, we’re dedicated to empowering artists and providing them with opportunities to earn a living. Karla embodies the true impact of our work: “It helps me to be able to work from home and at the same time generate income to cover the expenses and needs of my children and myself. This year, through my work, support, and a lot of effort, I was able to pay for my studies to finish high school. With Kela’s I have discovered that by doing what you love, there is always an opportunity to grow personally and professionally, that by believing in the skills you have, you are capable of doing things that you didn’t even know you were capable of doing.”
